How does it work?
This questionnaire helps identify your museum visitor profile based on John H. Falk's Five Motivational
Categories from
The Museum Visitor Experience Model. The scoring values are strategically different so no two
profiles will ever add up to the same score, making sure everyone gets assigned a clear profile. .
High Scores (6-7) reflect answers that strongly and directly aligns with the core
motivation of a profile.
Medium Scores (4-5) reflect answers that partially align with the motivation of a
profile. The answer fits but isn’t the most defining aspect for a profile.
Low Scores (3) reflect answers that loosely align or reflects a behavior, but is
not central to a profile’s core motivation.
